Events
Besides the numerous consulting and research services for our clients, the execution of and a high profile at events form a further pillar which supports the specialist work of the BAW. We wish to support and strengthen the systematic transfer of knowledge and networking in the field of waterways engineering.
The current event formats of the BAW enjoy a high level of acceptance by the professional public. The 15 annual colloquia and workshops are regularly attended by around 1,500 participants altogether.
These are, on the one hand, colloquia and workshops held by the BAW alone or in cooperation with other institutions. On the other hand, we support and organise numerous meetings for the professional public and the scientific community.
